3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or mobile application. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), and online payment gateways.

4.4 Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

4.5 Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed and may incur charges.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Rangpur City limits. Delivery availability may vary by location and time.

5.2 Delivery Times: We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, and high order volume may affect delivery times.

5.3 Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on distance and order value. Any applicable fees will be displayed before order confirmation.

5.4 Receiving Orders: Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address. We are not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.

6. Food Quality and Safety

We take food safety and quality seriously:

• All meals are prepared in accordance with food safety standards
• Ingredients are sourced fresh daily from trusted suppliers
• Meals are packaged to maintain temperature and freshness during transit
• Food allergens are indicated in meal descriptions when known

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens.

7. Refund and Return Policy

7.1 Quality Issues: If you receive a meal that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will review and may offer a replacement or refund.

7.2 Wrong Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct order to be delivered or provide a refund.

7.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items: Customized orders and special dietary meals may not be eligible for refunds unless there is a quality issue.

You agree not to:
